In the workshops, we dive deeper into a certain subject with more explanations from me, more practice for you and more room for questions compared to a regular class. Below, you find the overview of upcoming workshops and all the info you need to know.

YIN & NIDRA - TREMELO
Discover the world of yoga nidra, also known as the yoga of “conscious sleep.” This form of yoga guides you into deep relaxation and has been shown to reduce stress and sleep-related issues. I will first give a short explanation about what yoga nidra is, where it originates from, how it’s practiced, and the benefits it offers for both body and mind. After that, you’ll move through a few yin poses to fully prepare your body, followed by a step-by-step guided yoga nidra session.
This is a unique opportunity to experience the power of this deeply restorative practice. All materials are available in the studio, but feel free to bring an extra blanket or cushion to make your yoga nidra journey as comfortable as possible.
We’ll gently close the workshop with a cup of tea and space to share experiences. The beauty of yoga nidra is that it’s accessible to everyone—no prior yoga experience needed!

YIN WITH A TOUCH OF MASSAGE - GHENT
Discover deep relaxation in this unique workshop where yin yoga is combined with gentle touch inspired by traditional Thai massage. In a peaceful setting, I will guide you through a series of yin poses designed to invite stillness. As you settle into each pose, I will go around to offer a subtle and caring touch, deepening your experience and creating more space and calmness within the body. Each mini-massage helps you to soften, release, and let go.
To ensure personal attention, the group is intentionally limited to a maximum of 12 participants. This workshop is open to everyone—no prior yoga experience needed!

HANDSTAND WORKSHOP - GHENT
This workshop will make you excited to stand on your hands!
Both complete beginners or “handstanders” who want to refine their technique or get new tips are more than welcome. After a warm-up to fully prepare to go upside down, we will use the wall to, step by step, build up towards finding balance on your hands. You don’t need prior handstand experience, but feeling comfortable with the idea to be upside down against a wall is a plus of course.
After 2 hours of handstand fun, you will go home with all the tools and tricks to start your own handstand practice!
